The full external works package was undertaken with Multiplex. This included all pavements, roads, footpaths, and accessways in various stone and granite pavers, concrete, kerbs, exposed aggregate, asphalt, and timber decks. All excavation, earthworks and land shaping, and fill and sub-base preparation. In finishing works the scope included all soft landscaping, with large grassed areas and all planting, irrigation design and installation, playgrounds with soft fall surfaces, bbqs and shade structures, and all street furniture.
